HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a 45minute workout that burns a lot of calories in a short amount of time. Hiit training increases your metabolic rate for hours after the workout. Using a combination of strength, plyometric and short cardio bursts, HIIT will help you to lose fat, gain lean muscle and improve oxygen consumption.
This workout is challenging but can be modified for beginners so suited to all fitness levels.
