A structured full body workout doing 4 “Supersets” (2 strength exercises back to back), this workout aims to blast all major muscle groups, helping to improve strength, lose weight and improve bone health. You will have an experiences Coach to check your technique and develop better body mechanics. Suitable for all fitness levels.
