We have formulated our classes around the basic tenants of effective human performance, that is, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning (High Intensity Interval & Endurance Classes), Strength & Power (Strength Classes) and Core Strength (FCS & Beach Core). We also run specialised classes designed for those wishing to gain lean muscle mass and tone their physiques (Beach & Bikini Bodies).
