Good Morning Suncoast Health + Fitness team members, Restrictions have been lifted and Suncoast Health + Fitness will open in a diminished capacity from 12 noon today 01/06/2020. We will have a group fitness and The Hitroom class timetable on the website by this afternoon. Fitness Professionals will be available to take you for PT Sessions from tomorrow at 5am. Please note that we are restricted to the number of persons that can utilise the facilities and you will need to make a booking to attend the facilities.

  • Entry is by booking only. Please call 5409 7000 to secure your spot.
  • Session will be 45 minutes long to allow for cleaning.
  • No access to change rooms or showers, toilets only.
  • Temperatures will be taken upon entry.
  • We ask all people attending the facility to download the COVIDSafe Government App.

    • We look forward to seeing you all soon. No memberships will recommence in the next 3 days and we will notify when payments and memberships start again.
